Questions
Do you sell NeeDoh?
No. We tell you when a shop has stock and link you to their page. You buy straight from the shop.
How fast are the alerts?
Most shops are checked every 5 to 30 seconds, and alerts go out as soon as stock is spotted. Free and personal alerts go out at the same time.
What does the max price do?
If you set £10 on a product, you only hear about it when a shop lists it at £10 or less. Leave it blank to hear about every price.
Do I need Telegram or Discord?
No. Personal alerts can come by email or as a notification on your phone or computer. On iPhone, add this site to your Home Screen first, then turn on notifications.
Can you hold stock for me?
No. Alerts help you spot stock but can't reserve it. Shops sell out and change prices quickly, so an item may be gone by the time you get there. You buy directly from the shop, and they handle payment, delivery and returns.
How do you choose shops?
We add UK shops we understand to sell genuine products. We can't check every item, and alerts may occasionally miss a stock change.
Can I watch a NeeDoh that isn't out in the UK yet?
Yes. We add new releases as soon as they're announced, so you can add them to your watchlist before they reach the shops.
Can I ask you to track a product?
Yes. Log in and use Request a product at the bottom of the Products page. Anyone with a free account can ask, and you can add a “Me too” to other people's requests. The most requested get added first, and we'll email you when yours is.
How do I cancel?
Go to My alerts and choose Manage payment. You keep alerts until the end of the period you've paid for.
